Pace`s Drive In in Clearfield

I haven't tried their grilled chicken sandwich until today, but I've previously loved their burgers and fries and have been a total fan if their Pace bars in the hot summer months! Today I was not disappointed! Their grilled chicken sandwich was hot, fresh and tasty!

Great food!! However we waited for 20 minutes at the drive threw. So we pulled up to the pickup window to no one there, honked still no one, we were wondering if they were even open. Looked up the hours, said it was open 10 to 9 it was 11 am. So we pulled around front to see if anyone was eating or in there, a ton of customers eating but still no employees then right when we drove off some one came out and looked at us like we were the crazy ones. Not sure what was going on there but for them to not answer the drive through or even be in the open for the customers was enough for me to take my service and money elsewhere.

Ordered a raspberry shake and the raspberry tasted rancid, worst shake ever. Also ordered pastrami burger, still looking for the burger. The patties were the thinnest I ever have encountered and the same for the bun. There was minimal pastrami on it also. It lacked major in the flavor department. I have never been this disappointed in a burger or shake that I have ordered anywhere. They could take a lesson from Apollo burger on the pastrami burger. I cannot believe a owner could be so cheap that they would see this as acceptable.

Love Pace's! Mine and my hubby's favorite is the pastrami burger, and the french fries and onion rings are delish! My daughter loves their cheeseburgers as well. Great flavor, and you can definitely tell it is made there, so it is fresh!We also LOVE their shakes! They always add the perfect amount of candies, or brownie, fudge, whatever you might be adding to your shake. The ice cream is smooth and delicious. We also enjoy their specialty drink, my favorite is the Coke-A-Lada super yummy. We recommend Pace's to everyone we know, and we love bringing family there. The employees are always very sweet and kind, and patient when my daughter wants to order her own food. We love them, and will continue to go there often! Prices are great too! We spend the same as we would at other restaurants if not cheaper!! We can always expect high quality food.

I love Pace's! Especially their slushes. Service is a little slow sometimes and I've to remind them about my order before when I didn't get it.

One of my favorite places to go, never have any issues here. Love to try something new every time and the employees are always fast and very polite. This is the place I always bring visitors to try!

I grew up in Bountiful so Pace's was a common destination. When we moved to Clearfield, I was glad to find out that there was a Pace's just a few blocks away and the menu was similar to what I remembered as a kid. Pace bars and Rainbows (Pace's Slush with soft serve ice cream) are a great treats and their ice cream sandwiches are huge. My wife and daughter really love their fries. Personally, I would recommend the Ground Steak Sandwich (add cheddar cheese) over their bargain cheese burger as it is one of my favorites. Occasionally the Ground Steak Sandwich can be a bit greasy (depending on who's working the grill) and as a general rule, we always ask for easy sauces on all their sandwiches. They also offer other options including a footlong hot dog, fresh lime squeezes, and even an unusual take on tacos. I'd recommend starting with the Ground Steak Sandwich (add cheddar cheese, easy sauces) and fries and branch out from there.

Good food, fast service, friendly and happy employees. Hadn't been there in a while and enjoyed a dinner of fish and tots tonight that was very good! Dining room and parking lot were clean!

A Utah classic. Started in Bountiful, now there are a few spin-off locations. Great food and burgers. Competitor for best burgers in the state. I'm going to try hitting up the original location sometime this year.

Great little place for a quick meal or dessert. Priced very reasonably. Could upgrade the intercom outside but hey that's the small things. Would recommend trying if you havent.

This place was great. The gals working there were very helpful and polite. Great service. Food was great and just want you want from a small town drive through. Clean place and small town charm.

Great food!

This is where we go to reward the family with a treat! Dipped cones and rainbows are our favorites.

Just moved to the area and was really craving a burger, was told this place was a local fav so I decided to give it a try. I got the double country burger with tots and WOAH AMAZINGNESS this burger was damn good. Took a minute to get food but was cooked to order. My kids got the corn dog meal and it was a huge well cooked crispy corn dog and the fries were hot and fresh. Most def will be coming to this place again.

Everyone we take their always love it and say they're going to make their family go there too. Just a good old Burger the country Burger no cheese. The tater tots are the best. Clean and nice have made a lot of improvements lately. Been around for years an old-time favorite of many.

Great Shakes and burgers! Very unique with a hometown feel and short wait times. Great prices! Popular after school and other local events. Well managed and staffed by awesome local youth as their 1st employment. Always clean and always professional.

Great place to get a food and a cold drink

This place is amazing. They always serve the food quickly and always have the nicest and most polite people working there. The food is really good for its price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a great meal

Fast service with a smile. My nieces and nephews love the the slushies and I was impressed with their onion rings.

Good food, but they seem to staff nearly exclusively young skinny white-looking girls. I'm calling it out, get some diversity.

Ice cream is good. Was not satisfied with the burgers. They had very little meat. It was mostly bread and condiments. Front counter staff were very good.

I love the fresh strawberry rainbow float. It's my favorite.
